**PURPOSE OF JOB**

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or IT/Telecommunications. An MBA would be an added advantage.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience managing complex bids, hands-on experience in creating BOQs and proposals, and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of RFPs and RFQs.
- **Key skills -**Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and the GEM portal is essential.

**KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Pre-Sales**: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the sales team, OEMs, and end customers, to understand their requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Engage with multiple OEMs to secure the most competitive pricing in the market.
- **RFP and BOQ Management**: Analyze RFPs and create precise and competitive Bill of Quantities (BOQs). Assist in drafting responses to the technical sections of proposals.
- **Technical Expertise**: Must have a basic understanding of Power, Telecom, IT, and Non-IT components such as routers, switches, racks, UPS, DG sets, and HVAC systems to effectively assess client requirements and propose the best solutions. Additionally, should be capable of negotiating pricing terms with OEMs.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions post-sale. Coordinate with vendors and partners to gather the latest product and solution updates.

- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing from OEMs while maintaining solution quality.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Problem-solving skills to design solutions that meet client needs while balancing feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
