Owning end-to-end technical and solutions sales along with the sales team
- Supporting Sales team with handling presales activities from sourcing to deal closure.
- Giving presentations to the clients
- Must have deep knowledge of M365, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce ecosystem.
- Analyses customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
- An ability to gasp customers needs and suggest timely solutions
- Product offering collaterals, brochures, datasheets, concept videos, client/investor
- Preparing approach notes, documents, concept notes, business requirement document,
- Technical and functional specifications, proposal.
- Must have 1-5yrs of experience
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Must have good knowledge of IT Industry
