**Job Title: Junior US IT Recruiter/ Junior US Non IT Recruiter**

**Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad**

**Educational Qualification: Any Degree in Engineering, Science, Computers**

**Experience: 0 years**

**Trainings will be provided**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Write and post Technical/ non technical job descriptions
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and scheduling the interviews using various methods.
- Coordinate with IT/ Non IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Proven knowledge as a IT / Non IT Recruiter
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Technical / NonTechnical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Non IT roles
- _**Willing to work in Night shift (6:30 PM -3:30 AM)**_
- _**No remote, Work From Office**_
- _**Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills**_
- _**Must commute with own transport**_
- Basic understanding of US recruitment process

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
