**Location**: Kurla, Mumbai

**Working Timings**: Monday to Saturday| 10 Am -7 Pm

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers.
- Conduct background checks, verify background history, and check driving records of potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including field visits, interview notes, and hiring statistics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to driver recruitment, incorporating relevant insights into our recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and retention rates.
- Has prior experience in a company that offers shared Mobility Services.

**Requirements**:
Have previous experience minimum 2 years.

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently or in team

Previous experience in mobility service would be advantageous.

Open for Field work.

Pay: ₹15,816.65 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: On the road
