Position Overview: As a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of our ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements, remains secure, and functions optimally. Your expertise will enable us to deliver efficient and reliable IT services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to support business processes, including modules, forms, workflows, and automation rules.

User Management: Manage user access, permissions, and roles within ServiceNow, ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.
Incident and Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve incidents related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely support to end-users and stakeholders.
Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data consistency and efficiency.
Service Catalog: Design and maintain the Service Catalog, including catalog items, variables, and service request workflows.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights into platform usage and performance.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, processes, and best practices.
Vendor Relationship: Liaise with ServiceNow vendors and stay informed about platform updates, enhancements, and industry best practices.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training to end-users and colleagues on ServiceNow features and functionality.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator with at least [X] years of hands-on experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and modules.
Proficiency in platform configuration, including forms, fields, workflows, and scripting (JavaScript).
Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and version control.
Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
