The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Key responsibilities include partnering with business and finance to prepare annual plan and monthly financial outlooks based on forecasted capacity and software license & maintenance contracts signed; as well as tracking expense variables such as capitalization ratio, amortization, impairments, etc. The incumbent is required to handle functional changes/adjustments to plan via effective communication and coordination with impacted stakeholders. He or she is expected to develop into a Subject Matter Expert on all financial planning matters pertaining to Technology as a Service Provider. Other responsibilities include expense monitoring and fulfilling ad-hoc MIS, analysis and reporting requests. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 8 years in Finance or Planning & Analysis functions (BP&A or FP&A). Good communication and strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills. Meticulous and willing to learn. Resourceful and independent. A team player. **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
