The candidate will support the overall Jefferies India HR Business Partner team in providing a variety of HR services to the business. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and will provide support to the business across the full range of HR disciplines such as recruitment including campus recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, regulatory reporting and audit requirements, employee relations, talent development and employee engagement.Primary Responsibilities: The HR Associate will report to the Jefferies India HR Business Partner.
