**Job Overview**:
E-Sutra Technologies is looking for a **UI/UX Designer Intern** to assist in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly interactive digital experiences. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates passionate about UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and enhancing user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Work on improving website/app accessibility, responsiveness, and user interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (optional but a plus).
- Experience in usability testing and design thinking methodologies.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (even academic or personal projects).
