This internship is perfect for fresh graduates or professionals re-entering the design field. You'll gain hands-on experience working on real client projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from senior designers, and enhance your portfolio with professional-grade work. Outstanding performers may receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers to understand user goals and project objectives Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs Perform user research and competitor analysis to guide design decisions Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Ensure visual consistency and maintain brand identity across all projects Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and project leads Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Understanding of core UI/UX principles and best practices Basic skills in Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred) Ability to design interactive prototypes and user flows Good analytical thinking and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (added advantage) Degree or pursuing degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or related fields Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
