Ui/ux Designer Intern

As a UI/UX intern, you will help in the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our product. You will work closely with our design team, the product manager, and various other professionals on our team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements seamlessly in collaboration with all teams across the board
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e. g. images, sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in UI/UX design, especially in website design, is preferred
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch,, Illustrator).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and graphic design capabilities.
- Proficient in visual design, with an eye for aesthetics, colour combinations, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other team members.
- Proactiveness and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
