**JOB DISCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**

**Video Production**:Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content in line with brand objectives.Oversee the entire video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.

**Collaboration with Creative Teams**:Work closely with various creative teams on a daily basis to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and ensure the successful execution of content projects.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments to achieve project goals.

**Social Media Planning and Execution**:Develop comprehensive social media content plans aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.

**Ads Strategy Planning and Production**:Develop and implement targeted advertising strategies across various digital platforms to promote brand awareness and drive conversions.Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key demographics, refine audience targeting, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.Produce compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and copy, that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.

**Website and Landing Page Production**:Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging website and landing page content that enhances user experience and supports marketing initiatives.Collaborate with web development teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and mobile responsiveness.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement updates to enhance overall website performance.

**Skills Required.**
- Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
