About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned
Creative Producer
to lead the execution of digital films, branded livestreams, and high-impact content campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment and has a deep understanding of the video production pipeline—from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative production for branded content, livestreams, and digital films.
  • Take full ownership of Amazon Live and other livestream projects—from planning to execution.
  • Liaise directly with clients to pitch new concepts, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with creators to align content with brand messaging and audience expectations.
  • Manage production budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Source and manage a network of production vendors and freelancers as needed.
  • Maintain high production value and consistency across all content formats.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the video production process, from pre-production through post-production.
  • Hands-on experience with livestreaming and its technical and creative requirements.
  • Proven track record in producing branded content across platforms.
  • Strong client-facing experience including idea pitching, feedback handling, and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience working with digital creators and influencers.
  • Well-connected with a reliable network of production vendors and service providers.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
