About the Brand Design Team:
The Brand Design team is Vedantu's in-house creative powerhouse—shaping the brand's
identity and storytelling across platforms and formats. From campaigns and videos to digital
assets, OOH, and social media, the team comprises talented graphic designers, copywriters,
video editors, filmmakers, and creative strategists. We're constantly pushing creative
boundaries to make Vedantu stand out in the education landscape.
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Producer – Video Production to lead the development of
high-impact video content for Vedantu's brand campaigns, product launches, social media, and
offline initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in end-to-end video production—from scripting and
storyboarding to shooting and post-production—and is also adept at leveraging AI video
production tools to improve speed, creativity, and scalability. This role requires a deep
understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate briefs into compelling video
narratives that resonate with students, parents, and educators.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end video production cycles: scripting, storyboarding, casting,
directing shoots, and supervising edits
● Collaborate with brand strategists, designers, and marketers to create impactful video
assets for campaigns, social, and performance marketing
● Drive the use of AI video production tools (for scripting, animation, post-production, or
generative content) to improve efficiency and creative output
● Ensure high-quality standards in video storytelling, editing, sound design, and motion
graphics
● Build and manage vendor/agency relationships for shoots, animation, and specialized
video work
● Plan production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver projects on
schedule
● Adapt content for multiple formats: reels, long-form YouTube, campaign films, testimonial
videos, explainer videos, and offline screen formats
● Oversee reactive and topical video content for moment marketing and social media
trends
● Maintain Vedantu's visual storytelling consistency while experimenting with fresh formats
Strategic KRAs
● Deliver engaging, high-quality video content aligned with brand campaigns
● Improve video production velocity by integrating AI tools and workflows
● Balance scalability with creativity across multiple formats and platforms
● Strengthen Vedantu's brand storytelling through video-led narratives
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:
● 5–7 years of experience in video production / film making / advertising content
production
● Proven track record in producing campaign videos, digital-first films, or branded content
● Strong understanding of end-to-end production (concept, script, shoot, edit, post)
● Hands-on knowledge of AI video production tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript,
Midjourney for storyboards, etc.)
● Ability to direct shoots and manage cross-functional creative teams
● Familiarity with motion graphics, editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci
Resolve), and sound design workflows
● Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills
● Excellent project management and stakeholder handling capabilities
Good to Have:
● A degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Advertising, or Media Studies
● Experience with EdTech, youth-oriented brands, or startups
● Ability to experiment with new-age video formats (AI avatars, generative animation,
interactive video)
● Understanding of performance marketing and content optimization through A/B video
testing
