**Job Title: Creative Producer**

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. You will collaborate with teams, manage production logistics, and act as the main point of contact between clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine project concepts.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Liaise with clients and creative teams.
- Oversee casting, location scouting, and crew selection.
- Review scripts and production materials.
- Troubleshoot issues during production.

Qualifications**:

- Must know kannada, hindi and english**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in creative production.
- Experience on 5 to 10 ad film projects or with brands.
- Must have worked with agencies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in production management tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Familiarity with digital media and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
