**Job Purpose**

Manage end to end service delivery & program management life cycle for IOT Connectivity and Super IOT Solutions thereby ensuring benchmark levels for enterprise customers. Prioritize & drive projects for outcomes that are aligned to meet LOB’s business aspirations. Act as an aggregator between customer, technology, CFT and partners. Responsible for knowledge management and ensure process adherence within VIL to deliver a differentiated CXX

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Own Large & Transformational Projects delivery for key customers.
- Define & Execute complex & be-spoke strategic initiatives across IoT with measurable milestones & deliverables to realise LOB’s business objectives.
- Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks and issues on all layers (technical, commercial & organisational) which could affect the successful delivery.
- Guide & motivate the circle teams to innovate and bring appropriate changes in service delivery depending on market realities and demands
- Managing partners and driving partners to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Set direction and influence cross-department engagement for program execution and drive synchronization across multiple program teams
- Drive data-driven decision-making, including actively guiding scoping and prioritization decisions on key programs

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Proven track record in delivering large and strategic projects in the areas of mobile communications & IOT services, Automotive & Aggregator sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) as well as traditional project management practices.
- Experience with solution design and system architecture

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Strong Understanding of M2M, IoT and cellular technologies i.e. IOT Sensors, Platform, Packet Core (PACO) Network, GSM, and other serving nodes.
- Knowledge across various domains in IoT space including Oil N Gas, Fleet Management, IIOT, ESIM, UICC etc.
- Deep practical knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum and PMP or Prince2). Certified Scrum Master and PMP desired
- Prior experience in B2B or Telecom B2B & Ability to deliver in a dynamic, high
- growth, high-uncertainty environment.
