You'll manage multiple onboarding programs simultaneously, building scalable processes that fuel our explosive growth
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
- Welcome New Customers with Impact
: Lead engaging multi-month onboarding programs for our growing customer base across all segments
- Scale Onboarding Excellence
: Build repeatable, high-quality onboarding experiences that work for 10 customers today and 100 tomorrow
- Inspire Through Training
: Deliver energizing product demos, workshops, and training sessions that turn new users into confident power users
- Build Lasting First Impressions
: Create meaningful relationships with customers from their very first interaction, setting them up for long-term success
- Create & Innovate
: Develop onboarding playbooks, training materials, video tutorials, and resources that scale our success
- Drive Adoption & Value
: Track onboarding metrics, celebrate early wins, and ensure customers see ROI quickly
- Be the Customer Voice
: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience
- Champion Strategy Execution
: Guide new customers through OKR implementation, best practices, and change management strategies
You're Our Perfect Match If You Have
- 3+ years of making customers successful
in onboarding, customer success, account management, or implementation roles
- B2B SaaS Experience
: Proven track record onboarding customers on software platforms and driving adoption
- Scalability Mindset
: You thrive in fast-growth environments and love building processes that scale
- High-Volume Expertise
: Comfortable managing multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously
- Communication Magic
: Outstanding presentation, training, and relationship-building skills that win customers over
- Organizational Superpowers
: Master at juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and keeping multiple projects on track
- Data-Driven Approach
: Love tracking metrics, analyzing patterns, and optimizing for better outcomes
- Tech-Savvy
: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero), and project management tools
- Diverse Customer Experience
: Comfortable working with customers across different sizes—from SMBs to enterprises
- OKR Enthusiasm
: Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, or strategy frameworks is a huge plus

: Ability to work US hours to support our global customer base
