**Position Summary**

**As a Recruitment Associate you will be responsible to handle hirings as per the need basis. You will be required to hire manpower for Design, E Commerce, Customer Service, Human Resource, Finance, Content & Marketing and various other teams. You will partner closely with team leaders and will get a deep understanding of business context and get the job done. If you are passionate about people and pets, this is the perfect job for you.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers
- Perform pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant's abilities and fit to company culture
- Act as a true partner to hiring managers on recruiting and sourcing strategies that help us hire the best talent
- Maintain recruitment data on regular basis for management perusal

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies *

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and a great understanding of different roles in the industry
- Stakeholder management experience in an extremely fast-paced start-up environment
- Seasoned recruiting leader who is able to thrive in our company culture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
