About the Role :

We are seeking
junior recruiters (1 year of experience or less)
to join us as part of our
US Recruitment Internship Program (Potential for full-time conversion post internship)
. Your primary responsibility will be to work on
US-based tech and non-tech hiring mandates
, primarily for
product-based companies
.

This is an opportunity for recruiters who already have some experience
closing roles for product-based companies (India or US)
and now want to gain structured exposure to the
US recruitment ecosystem
. With hands-on training on advanced tools and platforms, this internship will help you transition from a general recruiter to a specialized international recruiter.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, screen, and close candidates for
    US product-based company roles
    and
    domestic full time, contractual roles
    (tech and non-tech)
  • Work on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, ATS systems, and international portals like
    Dice
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and accurate updates in the system
  • End-to-end recruitment support: from requirement understanding to closing the candidate
  • Deliver consistently on
    quality of hires
    within defined timelines

Expectations (Important)

  • Prior experience in
    closing roles for product-based companies (India or US)
    is
    mandatory
  • Hands-on exposure to recruiting in either tech (software engineers, product managers, etc.) or non-tech roles within product companies
  • Comfort in working with high-volume sourcing, international talent platforms, and ATS tools
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to connect with candidates confidently
