**Job Description**:

- Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End IT-Recruitment (India UK & Europe )experiences.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Vital experience in recruiting in almost all the phases of I.T. in throughout UK and Europe.
- Hands on experience of sourcing the resume from online job portals like (Naukri, jobsite, LinkedIn, Monster etc.)
- Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment and Vendor management to fulfill our clients’ needs.
- Partnered with key management team to develop staffing and sourcing strategies (Full time/Contract-to-Hire/Contract, Fixed term Contract), requisition approval processes, salary grades, job codes and job descriptions.
- Full cycle IT Recruiter, acting as the single point of contact and supporting all IT departments of my clients, reporting directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition with a dotted line reporting to the COO
- Directly reporting to Director of Recruiting, Chief operating operation and Client-Relationship Manager.

Experience working in Client facing environment.
- Responsible and Accountable for the Quality of the deliverable on time.
- Worked with all type of VISA (ILR,BC, BN, T1, T2).
- Should have experience in Team Handling.
