**Key Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 2+ years in real estate development sales
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties, focusing on the company’s development projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from inquiry to contract closure.
- Actively generate leads through networking, marketing, and attending relevant industry events.
- Present property offerings to prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of key project details, pricing, and benefits.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients, highlighting project features and amenities.
- Manage client negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while meeting company sales targets.
- Maintain and update a database of potential buyers and follow up on sales leads.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and upcoming development projects to enhance sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience of at least 2+ years in real estate, preferably with exposure to real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and property valuation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales pipelines, and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing sales deals.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
