Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Executive who is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the organisation. The role involves a mix of strategic planning, sales, and marketing activities aimed at expanding the company's market presence and increasing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products or services to clients.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.
- Partnership Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore partnerships and joint ventures.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and business development strategies.
- Brand Promotion:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's mission and values.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, typically 2-5 years.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
