We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Executive who is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the organisation. The role involves a mix of strategic planning, sales, and marketing activities aimed at expanding the company's market presence and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products or services to clients.
  • Lead Generation and Management:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and business development strategies.
  • Brand Promotion:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's mission and values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, typically 2-5 years.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
