**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **regular field visits** to promote Lilo’s services and onboard new customers.
- Distribute **brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials** to target audiences.
- Work towards achieving **weekly and monthly marketing/sales targets**.
- Engage in **customer acquisition campaigns, promotional events, and BTL marketing activities**.
- Build and maintain relationships with **retailers, vendors, and other stakeholders**.
- Identify market opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve services.
- Prepare marketing reports and track performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in marketing or sales (preferably field-based).
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **work under pressure and meet sales targets**.
- **Willingness to travel** frequently for field visits and promotions.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach.
- **Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred** (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
