**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent
**Location**: Uttam Nagar East, West Delhi
**Shift Timing**: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
**Meals Provided | No Cab Facility**
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a professional tone and communication style over calls.
- Adhere to company guidelines and meet performance metrics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- **Excellent command over the English language** (both verbal and written).
- **Immediate joiners** will be given preference.
- Flexibility to work in the **night shift** (8 PM to 5 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
