**Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Electronics & Telecommunications)**

**About the Role**

We’re growing fast and looking for a **Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist** who can help us scale our engineering and technical teams in the **electronics and telecom domain**. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across R&D, embedded systems, IoT, network engineering, and product development.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced startup environment**, enjoys working closely with engineering leaders, and loves the challenge of finding niche technical talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for technical roles including embedded engineers, hardware designers, RF engineers, electronics engineers, AI.
- Partner with hiring managers to **understand technical requirements**, team dynamics, and project goals.
- Build and execute **targeted sourcing strategies** across LinkedIn, Naukri, technical forums, and domain-specific communities.
- Work with the leadership team to define **recruitment processes and metrics** for a growing startup.
- Support **employer branding** efforts — including social media hiring campaigns, and networking at industry events.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure a smooth, data-driven hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of **technical recruitment experience** in electronics, telecom, or related technology domains.
- Strong understanding of **technical skill sets** relevant to electronics and communication engineering.
- Ability to work in a **dynamic, high-growth startup environment** and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Prior experience hiring in **electronics manufacturing, telecom startups**:

- Experience in **employer branding** or social media-based hiring campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
