**OVERVIEW**:
**WORK RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Planning and implementing the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Developing the organization’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Conducting sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
- Designing and managing the recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, telephonic calls, interviews etc.)
- Serving as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Representing company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential communities.
- Supervising and submitting the hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Researching about the talent acquisition trends within the staffing industry.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven work experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Executive or a similar role ranging from a year till 3 years.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases and professional networks.
- Team handling skills.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
