**Talent Acquisition Executive**:

- Pune, Maharashtra | Full Time**About Amber**

**Objectives of this Role**
- Shortlist based on resume and take the first round of interviews to test communication and other relevant skills
- Oversee end to end recruitment process.
- Co-ordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and then to understand the recruitment process.
- Crucial understanding and determination of selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and virtual/in-person interviews.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven and minimum 3-4 years of Talent Acquisition Specialist experience recruitment.
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks (e.g. Slack, Freshteams, Lever etc.)
- Hand-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Hands on experience of ATS system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding between various roles within organizations.
