Roles and Responsibilities:

- Measurements and Valuations: Conducting measurements and preparing valuations for construction work. Cost Management:Assisting in managing and controlling costs within construction projects. Contract Administration:Managing and administering contract obligations to ensure compliance and performance. Project Monitoring:Overseeing project progress and providing regular status reports to stakeholders. Quality Assurance:Ensuring construction work meets quality standards and complies with legal requirements. Risk Management:Identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with construction projects. Client Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact between clients, site managers, and other professionals.Minimum Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline. Strong analytical skills and precision in financial and project management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
