**Responsibilities**:
**Franchise Development**:

- Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential franchise leads.
- Coordinate and lead outreach efforts to engage prospective franchisees.
- Provide guidance and support to potential franchisees throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of franchise agreements.

**2. School Integrated Program Development**:

- Work closely with educational institutions to develop integrated programs.
- Conduct market research to identify educational needs and trends.
- Design and customize programs to meet the requirements of schools and educational stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with schools and educational organizations to expand program offerings.

**Lead Management**:

- Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact to lead closing.
- Track and monitor leads using CRM software.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into franchise agreements or program partnerships.

**Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to franchise management and program development.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, program requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees and program partners as needed.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees and program partners, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment to promote franchisee and partner satisfaction.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on franchise and program performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize franchise operations and program development.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation/ Post Graduation
- MBA in Marketing and Business Development will be an added advantage

**Experience**
1-3 Years of Franchise development experience preferably in the Education Industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mahaveer Nagar, Kota, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Franchise develoment: 1 year (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
