**Position Overview**: The Production Manager/Supervisor at our interior modular factory is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role involves managing production schedules, supervising a team of skilled workers, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Lead and manage daily production activities, ensuring timely completion of all projects. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- **Team Management**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades. Foster a positive work environment and address any personnel issues promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits as necessary.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the management of materials and inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies while controlling costs. Work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- **Coordination and Communication**: Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of production progress.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including productivity metrics, quality issues, and resource utilization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or modular construction environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive process improvements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the interior modular construction industry.
