- **Provide academic and career counselling to students, assisting them in selecting courses, majors, and extracurricular activities.Offer personal support and counselling to students facing personal, social, or emotional challenges that may impact their academic performance.**:

- **Refer students to resources such as tutoring services, academic workshops, and mental health support as needed.**:

- **Collaborate with faculty and administration to develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing student success.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress towards graduation requirements.**:

- **Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in counseling, higher education, and student support services.**:

- **Desired Skills;**:

- **Have good communication skills in English and any local language with professional presentation.**:

- **Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment**:

- **Keen interest in education**:

- **Target driven with a problem-solving approach**:

- **Interested in mentoring students**:
