**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who can blend creativity with analytical skills to support our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive company growth and enhance our brand presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service - Providing timely and professional responses to customers and address their needs and concerns. Assist in resolving customer complaints by coordinating with various departments and following up for resolution.
- Administrative support - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, prepare visit plans, compiling sales and service data, customer shortlisting and others.
- Order processing & fulfilment - Process sales order accurately and efficiently and ensuring timely delivery to the customers. Coordinate with various department such as software, QA, and finance to facilitate order fulfilment. This involves tracking customer setup, AMC schedule and tracking issues raised by customers and timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Communication & coordination - Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, coordinate sales meetings. Coordinating with clients to setup meetings with technical teams as and when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
