**Job Role - Customer Sales Representative**
**Job Summary -**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with documentation, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
**2. Customer Management**:
- Handle client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
**3. Administrative Duties**:
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations for the sales team.
- Compile and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and analytics as required.
**4. Order Processing**:
- Process orders by coordinating with the logistics and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for pricing, discounts, and agreements.
**5. Team Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
- Support sales events, exhibitions, and campaigns by managing logistics and materials.
**6. Market Research**:
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.
**Qualifications**
**Education -**Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience - 0.6 - 1 years in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in [industry].**
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
