**End Customer Sales Representative - Endpoints**

**Role Overview**:The Endcustomer Sales Representative will work closely with end customers to promote and sell new and refurbished laptops, desktops, and workstations. This role involves direct customer engagement—from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals—ensuring tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Proactively identify and approach potential customers across various sectors, including enterprise, SMB, and public institutions.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their IT requirements and presenting effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of both new and refurbished product lines, and stay current with trends and developments in IT hardware.
- Develop tailored proposals and quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and value propositions.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies that address market demands.
- Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance against targets.
- **Post-Sales Support**:

- Ensure smooth handovers to service and support teams after closing sales.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Demonstrated success in direct sales within the IT hardware or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, and workstations from major OEMs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and meet with customers as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,636.99 - ₹37,800.45 per month
