About the job
**Responsibilities**:
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
- Prepare Receipts and Quotations, Tax invoices.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Be able to understand the Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices and maintain log book.
- Strong communication (Verbal and Written)
- Client Relationship on maintaining accounts and ledger.
- Be able to coordinate with chartered accountant and company secretary regularly.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven 1 year work experience as an account executive.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
3. Must have expertise in TDS and GST
4. Experience with Zoho Books
5. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
6. Expertise in Ms - Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
