**Job description: Accounts Executive**

The accounts executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions and records for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable: Processing and tracking incoming and outgoing payments, reconciling accounts, and following up with customers or vendors to ensure payments are made or received on time.

2. Maintaining financial records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.

3. Preparing financial statements: Compiling financial data and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations: Staying up-to-date with accounting regulations and ensuring the company is following all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Supporting budgeting and forecasting: Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.

**Desired Skills/ Qualities**: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Should be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience of minimum 2 years as an account executive in a similar role in the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally, and other basic accounting softwares.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
