**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive **inside and field sales** for gensets and power equipment.
- Conduct **B2B client meetings and product demonstrations** to showcase solutions.
- **Generate leads**, explore market opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
- Carry out **site inspections and load studies** to recommend the most suitable genset solutions.
- **Negotiate and close sales deals** to consistently achieve business targets.
- Foster **long-term customer relationships** to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay proactive by **tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements**.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
**2-3 years of relevant B2B sales experience** (preferably in genset/power equipment)
Proficiency in **English & Hindi**
Strong **communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills**
Familiarity with **sales software/CRM** tools (added advantage)
Proven ability to **approach, pitch, and build trust** with clients.

**Industry Preference**

1️ **First Preference**: Genset / Power Equipment industry

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in genset/power equipment: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Hindi (preferred)
