**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, and general information.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their queries and concerns.
- Document and update customer records in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
- Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback and market research.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- **General Duties**:

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including call scripts and compliance guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based environment with potential for remote work, depending on company policy.
- May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
