**Position Summary**:
**As a Tele Caller Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right solutions. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure that Digifyy’s offerings meet the clients’ expectations and requirements.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and offer initial consultation regarding the services Digifyy provides.**

**Solution Presentation: Assist in presenting our products and services to prospects, demonstrating how Digifyy’s solutions can help them achieve their business objectives.**

**Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients.**

**Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitors to help shape sales strategies and offerings.**

**Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to the implementation phase, ensuring all client requirements are well understood.**

**Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update information in the CRM system to track the progress of leads and opportunities.**

**Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with Digifyy’s products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to prospects.**

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications: English Speaking**

**Experience: Freshers**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
