**Roles and Responsiblity**
- Response to RFP/RFQ/RFI/EOI
- Circulation of RFP within Team and scheduling Bid review meetings
- Vendor Registration online portal of client
- Preparation and Submission of Pre-bid queries
- Attending Pre-bid Meeting
- Evaluation of Pre-bid Query Response and updating
- Evaluating Pre-Qualification & Technical Qualification
- Prepare Bid Plan Sheet
- Preparing Summary of RFP
- Preparation of tender forms with all supporting documents
- Preparing the legal documents and Company credentials
- Compliance marking on the functional and technical specification through Interact with operations technical team
- Coordinate with other various internal teams
- Preparing CV of the suitable key personnel for the project with help of HR
- Preparing the technical proposal formats and the Scope of work of the solutions
- Preparing previous project experience
- Preparing technical write up on the functional and technical specification with operations/technical team
- Obtain OEM certificate, Data sheet & Manufacture Authorization from the concern vendor/supplier
- Preparing make and Model sheet
- Preparation of cost sheet by analyzing Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
- Final review of technical and financial bids
- Final Bid documents Review
- Preparing Quotes
- Sending Company Introduction to Selected Clients

**Qualification**
- Education - Any 12+ or diploma or Degree.
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Prior experience as a Bid Manager will have advantage.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certification in MS Office will have advantage.
- Excellent vocabulary and command of the English language
- Familiarity with paper and digital document filing systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
