Job Description Writing or drafting technical communication used in Engineering and management fields. Analyze data and apply strategic thought to create unique proposals, reports and other program-related content in line with client requirements, keeping good standards to the documents. Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards General ability to write clearly Facility with technology Talent in showing ideas graphically Patience in problem-solving/troubleshooting Ability to interact with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement Create the Product Demos and publish in the post production process Assist and make sure to work with the internal team to keep the Customer Support manual and other manuals up to date Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across Preferred requirements: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization Previous software development experience Ability to efficiently and thoroughly address feedback on published content from both customers and internal support representatives Passionate about learning and developing Enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative environment Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field 0 to 1 year industry experience as an effective technical writer Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics Writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges Experience working with the following tools preferred: Confluence/JIRA, , HTML, CSS, Google Docs
