We have urgent opening for Loan Coordinator **(1-3 yrs Of Experience)**

**Job Accountabilities-**:
*
- The loan coordinator should have good coordination and organization skills and should be ready to work in a highly team oriented work atmosphere.
- He/she should possess good counseling skills to be able to guide the clients and provide them with the best information of the relevant products and services.
- Good administrative skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment, etc., are some of the other required skills to ensure success in this field.

**Skill Set Required: -**
- Graduate With Any Stream
- Excellent Communication and Convincing skills.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality.
- To be involved in the loan processing procedures that include gathering the relevant financial and legal documents and ordering the related reports necessary for further processing.
- To prepare and submit the loan files for final approval to the underwriting department that involves a complete financial analysis and summarizes the key findings, requests, exceptions, recommendations, etc., with reference to the standard policies.
- The loan coordinator may be involved in the funding and disbursing the documents that need to be reviewed and approved by the underwriting team so that it can be routed further to the appropriate person for signature.
- He/she schedules and tracks the contingency dates, closing dates and the loan lock expirations.
- At the end, he/she should make every effort to provide best customer services as well as provide valuable guidelines and consultation to the potential clients.

**Salary: Rs.20,000/- To Rs.30,000/- (per.month) plus Attractive Incentives**
