Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer for a mid-level position at mudra360. The role is based in Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. As a Loan Officer, you will be employed full-time, playing a pivotal role in fostering relationships and guiding customers through the loan processes with empathy and expertise.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience and proficiency in lead generation to effectively identify and convert potential loan applicants.
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-selling financial products to maximize individual and company revenue streams.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills, adept at negotiating terms that benefit both the customer and the organization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of loan sales processes with a focus on personal loans and related financial products.
  • Experience in loan servicing to ensure seamless customer support and loan processing from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in convincing people to help potential customers realize the advantages of various loan solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team to meet personal and company objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients by generating leads through various channels such as networking and referrals.
  • Evaluate and analyze client needs to tailor loan products that match customer requirements and enhance satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the loan application process, guiding clients through paperwork and assisting with compliance requirements.
  • Cross-sell additional financial services such as credit cards and insurance to expand customer portfolios.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account statuses to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate loan terms in alignment with client needs while maintaining organization policies and profitability ratios.
  • Respond to client inquiries efficiently and resolve any issues related to loan processing or payments promptly.
