**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement new design ideas and should have a broader spectrum perspective with the user’s need in mind.
- Finding loopholes and optimizing existing user interface designs.
- Thorough research and effective communication with the clients through detailed designs both verbally and visually, delivering strategic recommendations as well as contributing to client needs.
- Advanced skills in problem-solving and ability to develop designs for both Android and iOS software-based smartphones.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, etc.
- Design UI prototypes that clearly show how the platform functions.
- Work independently while continuing to proactively give and receive feedback.
- Partner with Product Managers, Development Managers, and customers at the same time.
- Keep updated on the latest trends in UI and the same has to be implemented.
- Help the marketing and sales team by designing collaterals.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Strong UX design portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and polished visual execution.
- Expertise in design basics such as typography, wireframes, color schemes, layout and composition, and visual design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma, and Sketch.
- Must know whiteboard animations, mobile and responsive designs.
- Detail-Oriented and Customer-Centric.
- Experience in Service Industry, developing SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role In Enterprise Business Applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field.
