Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities: -**
As CSE, you are the one who ensures that the customer has a successful experience with the product or service from the very beginning.
- Ensure to drive customer adoption and retention from the very steps of the user journey. - Reduce churn and increase retention of existing customers
- As CSE you should display empathy, good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and patience.
- You should have decent product knowledge to be able to understand customer issues
- You would be responsible for successful implementation and drive adoption post implementation within customer’s organization.
- Hold internal and client facing status meetings, and updates that report on performance, issues, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication throughout the client life cycle.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in servicing customers in BFSI segment. - Must be a Self-starter with a passionate, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues and solutions clearly, and concisely.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Lead discussions at Customer end.
**Qualifications And Experience**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree - 2-3 years of experience in customer support.
