**Position Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Location**:Faridabad, Haryana

**Position Description**:
The position holder is primarily responsible for supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints through calls/ mails. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Responsible to manage, oversee, and address specific needs for customers along with promoting a positive vision for the organization.
- Investigate and solve complex and long overdue problems faced by the customer and forwarded by the customer support desk.
- Manage escalated customer complaints their major incidents.
- Collaborate and work with internal teams for escalations or critical issues and extend support to retain the customer business.
- Responsible to maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- To build and grow a good client relationship to ensure retention and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal business teams to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
- Conduct regular review meetings with customers to discuss issues.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with excellent communication skills
- 1-5 years of experience in customer support or related experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)
