A startup which is born to change glasses from being just an instrument for corrective sight into a fashionable accessory for daily wear. A fashion accessory that should be changed with the attire/occasion. Fashionable eyewear that has a place in your wardrobe. A fashion accessory that is intended to be your most intimate wearing. Unfortunately, it is limited to just 1(one) or maximum 2(two).
**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to handle angry customers
- Ability to manage work without multiple instructions.
- Must be smart enough to initiate the process when it's needed.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
In this role, you need to analyse and solve moderately complex problems.
You will be responding to the customer queries related to their orders, delivery, prescription and payments etc.
You will typically be creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to our customers and can directly affect our values proposition in business.
You will need to deliver performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics.
Your primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or UK team.
You will be provided with mínimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
