Tender Executive Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Tender Preparation: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tenders, including technical specifications, pricing details, and project plans.
- Bid Evaluation: Analyze bids from suppliers to ensure they meet the company's requirements and standards
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure smooth communication.
- Compliance: Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Proposal Review: Assess proposals for cost efficiency, risk management, and compliance with tender guidelines
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to reach favorable agreements
- Monitoring: Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor tender performance and implement improvements to optimize the tendering process.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of tender processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Typing: English, Hindi and Marathi is a must.
- Reading: English, Hindi and Marathi is a must.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
