**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Location**: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Identify and analyze relevant tender opportunities from various sources.
- Review tender documents, contracts, and requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation and approvals.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Ensure all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Maintain updated records of tender submissions, approvals, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific tender requirements.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth bid execution.
- Clarify queries related to tender specifications and terms.
- Follow up on tender statuses and manage post-tender negotiations.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:

- Research industry trends and competitor activities in the tendering space.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance bid strategies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in tendering or bid management.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contract terms, and bid evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
