**Job Description for Tender/Purchase & Correspondence**
- Tracking relevant tenders through Indian Railway Tender Portal
- Checking the feasibility for technical and financial qualification criteria for bidding tenders.
- Studying the tender documents, preparing checklist and documents for Technical and Commercial submission.
- Uploading relevant documents in the ONLINE Platform.
- Keeping regular check for Amendments/corrigendum (if any) related to interested Bids.
- Ensuring strictly adhered to tenders submission due dates.
- Coordinating with internal departments to collate and compile tender supporting documents.
- Raising enquiries for troubleshoots (if any) of tender portals with customer services.
- Raising the enquiry of required material to the approved manufactures for the quotes.
- Preparation of purchase order after evaluation and negotiation of quotes received from manufactures.
- Take dictation from Director, type & frame the letters related to project correspondence.
Project wise organizing and maintaining documents, files and records.
