**Your missions at 9 Figures**

**Order Management**:

- Process and manage incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfilment.
- Confirming Cash On Delivery Orders
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Taking customer feedback.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate product inventory levels in the system, coordinating with various departments to update stock information.
- Monitor product availability and take proactive measures to prevent stockouts.
- Implement strategies to optimise inventory turnover and minimise overstock situations.

**Process Optimization**:

- Continuously assess and improve backend processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices for order processing, inventory management, and data accuracy.

**Required skills and Qualification**:

- Proficient English communication skills, both written as well as spoken English
- Time management
- Constructive feedback-gathering and feedback-giving skills

**Experience **:Freshers and experienced individuals with six months of experience can apply.

**Work Timings and Leave Policy**
- Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )
- Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
- Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
